Waste to Energy Plant

The solid waste/municipal solid waste incineration boiler and system developed by our  company is the key equipment in the process of harmless treatment of domestic waste, which incinerates the pre-treated waste, after the combustion of high-temperature flue   gas used to produce steam, steam directly used for power generation, industrial and mining enterprises, residential heating, saving energy, so that waste into treasure.

The volume of waste after incineration is only about 10-20% of the original volume. The residue after high temperature incineration is non-toxic and harmless. It can be directly  buried, and can also be used as building materials, real realization of domestic waste    resources, reduction, harmless treatment.

The boiler system is composed of garbage incinerator, waste heat boiler, flue gas duct, denitrification system, deacidification tower system, dust collector system, boiler auxiliary machine, etc. .

The flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet is not less than 850 ℃ , the excess air coefficient in the furnace is 1.25, and the staged air supply is adopted to increase the disturbance degree.From the Central line of the secondary air inlet to the Central line of the flue gas outlet, the flue gas residence time is more than 4 seconds. These measures are beneficial to reduce the content of dioxins and CO in the flue gas. The boiler is equipped with two ignition burners, which are arranged in the primary air duct of the front end of the air chamber for starting the ignition of the boiler.
